EXECUTIVE ASSESSMENT

This assessment is intended to evaluate your skills and abilities in relation to the Radar Top 25 List, which ranks the most qualified candidates for the companies we work with. It consists of a series of questions that are relevant to your experience and background. It is not a measure of your intelligence or personality. The results of this assessment will help us place you on the list and match you with potential employers.

However, the assessment is not the only factor that matters for the Radar Top 25 List. Other factors such as your resume, cover letter, interview performance, and references may also influence the companies' final decision to invite you for an interview. Therefore, please do not base your expectations or confidence solely on your assessment score. The assessment is just one tool to help us find a suitable role for you in a company we submit you to.
