Encore is a unique program designed specifically for retirees who are former executives, managers, and professionals. The program provides an opportunity for retirees to leverage their skills and experience in meaningful assignments while also enjoying their retirement.

SWAT members
Participants in the Encore program are referred to as SWAT members, reflecting their high level of expertise and experience. SWAT members can choose assignments of varying lengths - 30, 60, 90, 120, or 360 days - allowing them to find a balance between work and leisure that suits their individual needs.
